You may benefit from a structured, personalised coaching session. Discuss your thoughts, put things down on paper, externalise your challenges before you make a judgement call. You run the session, but I facilitate and help you make sense of what you feel is best for you. It may take more than one session to fully bottom out larger challenges, but we work together to achieve a positive outcome.

Coaching can be conducted face to face, or via a Skype connection.
