Every Diversity Yoga class is different.
Ranging from relaxing and slow with pure Hatha Yoga to faster paced and active in Vinyasa Yoga classes, to the very popular weekly Yin Yoga classes using bolsters to support the joints for a deep, slow stretch. Mindfulness, pranayama (yoga breathing) and relaxation is practiced in all classes.
